Pecorino production area is situated on the hills from Alto Maceratese to Abruzzo. This ancient grape variety almost disappeared was rediscovered in the '70s by some local winemakers. Rio Maggio was among them. Now they give us Colle Monteverde Pecorino, intense white wine with a unique personality. The harvest is exclusively handmade, the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature between 18-20° degrees in stainless steel barrels. The bottle aging is between 45 and 60 days. An elegant wine to be paired with white meats, fish and cheese.
