Brut comes from the Colli Asolani, a territory with ancient traditions and a long history. For this reason, this special sparkling white wine is so elegant and well balanced. The grapes are soft-pressed with a pneumatic press followed by static racking of the must and temperature-controlled fermentation (18-20° C) with cultured yeast; the wine is then aged on its lees in stainless-steel vats for 3 months. Brut has fresh aromas with notes of golden apple, grapefruit and light, soft fizziness with persistent bubbles. It is perfect with appetizers and also with fish - or vegetable- based appetizers or it can be drunk throughout a meal.
